My journey in recovery has taught me that consistency is key—both in life and in the kitchen. I bring that same unshakeable discipline to your event, ensuring that every detail is perfect, every flavor is balanced, and every guest leaves satisfied.
My main focus and passion is freshly-made pasta, but more importantly: everything is made from scratch. My biggest goal is to bring a "Michelin-Starred" dining experience to your event or home without having to fly across the country or world for a one-of-a-kind dish.
